Please comment.    Is it a magazine? Blog? Trade group? Lead source? Networking group? Bulletin Board? Advertising? Supplier listing?   I have heard all the above what do you say? 
EMSinsider is the #1 group on LinkedIn for Electronics Manufacturing, with 11,000+ members. 

Thousands of hours of work have gone into making this a great group...but what is it?  Why do
I would like to monetize it. The problem in that is it pins it down to being one thing and stunts the natural evolution. For example, If it takes advertisements then magazines and web directories won't like it. 
For now, I try to make money from it alongside my competition (other recruiters) and leave it open to evolve with the web.
