Kelvin is an entrepreneurial senior executive with deep international experience in Fortune 500 companies and China start-ups. Executive general management experience leading operations, P&L, product development, marketing, strategy, and business development in the Wireless, Telecoms, Plastics and Semiconductor Industries.
He is a proven manager who drove $850M strategy turnaround and organically built successful manufacturing businesses. He is a proven expert in building and managing cross functional multi cultural teams and forging strategic partnerships, global representative and OEM relationships. He is also exceptionally well connected in the industry and has hired a lot of them into his team.
He has over 17 years of global manufacturing and consulting experience and his past role as Head of Operational Excellence & General Manager includes directing and successfully setup Nokia’s Supply Chain Management in Foxconn consisting of HR, Operations, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, New Technology, Purchasing, Sourcing, Marketing, Finance & Business Excellence.
