My searches progressed up the ladder to placing C-level, VPs and Directors.
The Golden Rule was and is our motto. We will even place people for free if it is in THEIR best interest.
Electronic Manufacturing matured about 1999 and left the country around 2001. Myers & Associates changed to StepBeyond.com tm, for two reasons.
1. Tens of thousands of people knew the website.
2. To reflect my goal of being more than merely a fee paid search firm.
In 2001 StepBeyond.com launched as a full fledged Job Board for the electronics industry. The industry died and we recouped.
