| MARKET UPDATE: EMS growing by M&A Just when you think the industry landscape is stabilized M&A takes off! EMS are changing names and owners seemingly daily! StepBeyond is working with a number of Private Equity and Hedge Fund investors. They are actively buying up EMS companies. They are going after Tier 3 companies with the goal to grow and be acquired. One large fund has the target of growing to $150,000,000 in one year. A big goal but they have the fund and hired a CEO with the EMS experience to do it.
