Offers are hitting new highs as competition to hire the best to contribute to growth is hot. Yes salaries are up, way up!  Tier 3 EMS owners have aggressive growth plans are intent on fulfilling their dreams and plans. They are hiring top talent with bigger experience, and paying for it.
